You can jump a train in Munich Airport, change at Munich Ost. Then go to Kufstein bahnhof which gives access to the Skiwelt, (Soell, Ellmau, Sceffau, etc), by taxi or bus. You can also go to Woergl, then get a taxi/bus to Niederau. You can also carry on further down the Inn Valley to other places. |

Easyjet offer Thursday and Friday MAN~MUN flights, and MUN~MAN returns on Sunday and Monday.
Fri~Mon £152. Thurs~Sunday, £130. Plus baggage. So you can choose a train or car hire into Kitzbuhleralpen, Kitz, Soell,Scheffau. Many other choices. Join me in the Wildschonau. For a short time, I generally use the train from Munich Airport. A good shout is travel out Thursday. Arrive early evening. Ski Friday, Saturday, Sunday until about 3.00pm. Train to Munich, Sunday evening flight at 9.35pm. The Easyjet check-in is right beside the station. B&B around €30/35 per night. |

Broom, I agree with all the messages for you to return to the sport. However, I would consider investing your first return in a relatively easy blue run area. This has advantages:
~ confidence re-build ~ quicker to re-attain skills ~ minimal risk of reoccurrence. ~ quicker return to the sport ~ a learning platform for your future I have a Niederau based friend who features regularly as a guest of the Austrian hospital system. Two years do not pass without he is occupying a bed, generally in Innsbruck, although he seems to be familiar with most of the hospitals in our area of Tirol. His latest venture, 3 days after I left, was a broken upper arm. The X-rays show a plate with 17 pins holding the bone together. We generally ski at 70/90 kph, and the general conclusion, (from him),is that we should cool it. |

Have to agree with LOTA.
Assuming you made any kind of what you deemed to be an improvement, it is most unlikely that any manufacturer what want to take up a minor change. The cost of retesting to EN1077, probably just the B level, would not be insignificant. |
