I nicked this off a link from Rivington Alpine. Having looked through them, a large proportion could be awarded to some of the guys I went skiing with this season
FYI, I am Number 15 :) http://www.buzzfeed.com/lukebailey/people-you-met-on-your-last-ski-trip#32ltxtt |

€6 (or 7) is not expensive for a pint. If I was out in a city, I would expect to pay £4 to £5 for a pint - a similar price.
Not that bad. However, if you are a pale ale drinking country bumpkin I can see why you think anything over £2 is expensive. For a fiver you would expect a meal for you and the dog and a drink ;) |

Cheers.
Adders - I have a lovely picture of me in the tub on one knee half naked (swimming shorts), surely you would like to see that ;) |

I have spent the last 10 days in Morzine and it is a great place in the summer too
Done all the usual places - les gets, avoriaz, nyon and all very nice in the summer. The lifts closed on 31 Aug for winter prep, I celebrated...... I got engaged!!! In a hot tub, overlooking Pleney. Perfect! Mrs Icy here soon :) |

Yup, have to agree with Tony. Skiing cost us £1,000 every trip whether we do DIY or with an operator. It is just a matter of research to find the best deals. The most important part is to find the right priced accommodation, flights are pretty much constant
