Have a look at "Mappy" It is a little known route planner but a very good one. I do a lot of European driving and use it in conjunction with my sat nav.

Safe trip :D

Trencher sent me a link to a new binding called "KneeBinding" These bindings should save all our ACL's!

I'll publish the link later.

SKI INSURANCE

You can take Insurance to get you off the mountain and cover any treatment you may need when you buy your lift passes but spend your money on a good annual travel insurance. The only down-side with this is you have to get your credit card out if you have an accident on the slopes...I know...I got helicoptered from around 3000m off-piste and with medical charges etc etc it cost me £1,250 which iI will get back but I'll have to wait!

So, if you have a good credit limit you'll be ok - If your upto your card limit then take out lift pass insurance too.

What ever you decide, take out a good annual travel insurance. It's worth It!

Thanks. I think the Tornado's may be a little stiff but who knows!!
Most people I've talked to seem to think going shorter and softer may be better.
I have plenty of time on my hands to do some research!
Flat feet, big ankle

My wife has just had similar problem with her new boots! 'Sued' answered for me but I'd add - leave the bindings undone till your ready to ski and then only tighten the foot part of your boot to the minimum, your boot/feet will warm up slowly and you shouldn't get cramp. Allow at least 3 hours to buy your boots! If your putting your boots in a boot warmer take your bespoke insoles out otherwise you may find them a little flat!

Good luck :D
