Hi,
I really would not suggest going up to Belle Plagne, but plagne centre is a good idea, providing you dont mind getting the bus up. Also it is easy to get everywhere from there on skiis and much easier to get back to than belle Plagne |

Hi
I agree tignes would be the best choice in terms of snow conditions - although if you can book closer to the time you could get a late deal and choose a resort based on the snow conditions. |

Hi
I was wondering if anyone had used ESI and if so what they were like? I was wondering if they were better or worse than ESF because we have had some problems with ESF in the past so would like to use someone else Are there any other ski schools in Flaine? Thanks alot |

If you are with a tour operator they cannot take you to a closed resort and will have to take you somewhere else or pay your holiday back - however if it is because of the weather you cannot do anything except claim missed ski days and loss of use of lift pass from your insurance.
If you are indipendant it may be worth seeing if you can change arrangements! |

Hi
i had a look around and that seems to be what has happend. It may be just for a short time - so keep looking. Did you book with a company or have you done it indipendantly? |

I think Val Thorens is still open although non of the companies go there that late. We spoke to someone in the hotel who said some of the best skiing is in May and there is no one there!
Tignes will also have snow then. You may be best waiting and booking late so you can watch the snow forecasts! Hope this helps! |
