I just think you are trying to make it to complicated. You will never please everyone. I have run several group trips now, no one knew each other and everyone had their own idea of how to do it. My group numbers were give or take 20.

Sooooo...I laid down some basic criteria...like HB, fly from London, all in price max £600, dates between X and Y. Then I asked the question..Do you want to come given those criteria. Yes or No. Group leader then find a suitable resort within the criteria and he/she decides where to go. You then ask them to pay their money. A tip...do not go through a third party agent...I did it was worst than hell. Deal direct with the travel firm be it Crystal or who ever and get to know the person who is dealing with you.

I have never had a problem with numbers and have always had a waiting list.

Wickers ..please get your english correct. He/she does not start with a capital letter as it is a personal pronoun as opposed to a proper noun, unless it begins a sentence as here! )

It is quite limiting but OK for a couple of days.....but....it must be one of the few places in Europe where you can do both types of sking in the same day.....snowy type at Troodos followed by wetty skiing at Happy Valley or Limmasol. Go on, do it ...you know you want to! )

Not a bad choice but you may well find that Sauze D'oulx is a better option. Not only is it a far "nicer" place to stay in as it has a bit of character unlike Sestriere but it has other options for bad weather. For instance if the WX is REALLY poor you can just go to the railway station 2 miles down the hill and go for a posh day in Turin for about 10 Euros.

Sauze is on the same circuit as Sestriere which allows you access to Sansicario, Montgenevre and Claviere. Lots of blues and reds and the blacks are not that severe either.
