Well, I have a plan for the end of this season. I've suddenly got the opportunity of 3 - 4 days in Tignes at the end of April. Will be staying in Brevieres so will sneak at peek at the venue for next January's shindig :) So, sleeps til ski time ? 14 !

Well after reading here how the heels of your ski boots can wear out easily walking on roads I have just bought a pair mail order (£15). They are, in short Ally, sort of plastic boot-toe and boot-heel covers, which fit onto the soles of your boots. Seemed a good idea to me if those expensive boots can really be worn down so easily. Thought I would try and avoid the risk. No doubt I'll lose them next time I take them off the boots to go skiing !

Yeah, I keep hanging around Gunter's but they never seem to find me ! (Am I too old to be of interest ?)

Well, that's one thing we don't have to worry about in Niederau !

Maybe it's just me, but nothing mentioned here sounds remotely appetising :(
