Recreational snow sports is all about having fun. Lots to be had whether you choose skis or a snowboard. We often go out as a mixed group of skiers and boarders, often they are the best days.
I don't see it as ski v snowboard or ski or snowboard, but as ski and snowboard, part of the same thing. |

Organised group trips are an option I would recommend, though I am biased as a holiday organiser. We've added loads of solo skiers to our numbers over the years, many of which are still coming with us every year.
Booking for big groups we achieve a discount of around 30% off brochure prices. We're always looking for new people to add to the distribution list. This seasons holidays sold out months ago, but 2015 holiday details will be out around April. |

You'd need to prove you weren't being paid to ski host, regardless of what's in your contract, that would be very difficult. |

It's those silly dry slope injuries like damaged thumbs, caused by the matting. Those don't happen on soft snow.

Still makes no difference, if they are found ski leading they will end up in the police station. Word will soon get out if a UK chalet is offering the service. Seasonaires skiing with a difference group of guests each week won't go un-noticed. |

In the time I've been arranging group ski holidays I've had two people have to drop out due to injuries sustained on the dry slope.
