There is a book that helps you quit smoking, lots of people swear by it, check it out!

I used to think a Buff was essential but I am at the point now where I don't even bother with it.

It is impossibly long, I struggle despite packing bags every weekend. Always feel like I have forgotten something.

Oh yeh, I almost never ski with a backpack and would discourage every day resort skiers to avoid doing so.

Glencoe was looking good on the webcams jsut there...

Your ski boots are very probably too big!

I use smartwool socks.. somehow I keep losing them though so I am down from about 5 pairs to 2 and a half (lost a single sock as well).

They are usually £15-20 a pair.
