You cant get bored in any Ski resort. Always so much to do.

We were out on Snowmobiles, rounded the corner to that view. The guide set up camp just around the corner we had hot berry juice, coffee, sausages hot breads all around a camp fire it was wonderful. |

Like Trencher says the thick cotton based ones, no good. When you excercise and sweat they just stay wet and very, very cold. My Hubby learnt to his cost on our first ever ski trip. But those same thermals are great for him when working outside in the Winter, just not when he would work up a sweat. Silk thermals are our preference now.

Because Voltarol has not long been available OTC the directions and cautions are stricter than if you have it on prescription, its one of the ways of gaining a licence to sell from prescription only to OTC. It can upset my stomach if I take it too long, chronic indigestion but taken as a now and again I am fine.
