If you are going to a boot fitter that has been recommended and you trust them then it is best you go in without any preconceptions, just let them do their job.
Make sure your toe nails are short and you have a good pair of ski socks (tube socks are a definite no no). There is no reason you won't be able to try them out the next day unless your toe is too sore. |

They are now the oldest of my 5 pairs (c2005?!). I've always wanted a pair (well, actually the design slightly newer than that) but the deal was too good to say no to. A helmet cam could be interesting for my first time on them to document their attempt to kill me.

Do you not get tired of lack of *properly* challenging terrain and low snowfall (not many decent powder days)? Don't think I have ever seen a picture of deep powder out of Eastern Canada.
