You are doing these lid threads intentionaly to wind us up. There should be a lid thread where we can put our reasons for or against with nothing else. Then when such topic is started we can point them in that direction to make their own mind up!!

Do the runs early on when the snow is a bit softer (assuming not north facing, if so do a bit later), the runs are less busy in the morning and do them then. Avoid end of day as they will be chopped up and busy.
