I can tell you that my experience of Borovets was very positive from the skiing perspective. Good snow record, good runs, pish a*se-breaking T-Bars, a very good quality ski school.
On top of that, this year is going to be one of the best ski seasons ~ ever! -) |

I love this vid of FK. Not just because of the way he did the Olympic run, but also the falls he had to take in his learning process.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYj9kIxAL_o Note is AVERAGE 1972 speed of 111kph. Comparing: http://www.youtube.com/user/DaveMacinniederau#p/a/u/2/c5SbCO9cIS4 My terminal speed is only 92kph |

Can maybe manage one other, what a failure.

Very can-do, Finn. In your case, I suspect that if you add up your previous years gains over high street conversions, you would still be ahead of the game. |

Choose a slope that you are comfortable on, start a traverse, and then a sideslip,(ie, partialy flatten the skis).
Then experiment with moving your weight gradually forwards, and then backwards, during the sideslip traverse. Then when you are going forwards, experiment with moving the knee in towards the hill. Skidding is a modern derogatory term for what is an essential skill in skiing ~ Rear edge control. |

I wouldn't worry Snapzz, Franz is such a nice guy. I overheard a conversation, where a young 18 year old lad asked Franz what he did workwise....."Oh, I do some promotions work...!!!" |

Damn, I thought the J2ski season started in August.
That is very smart work admin, lots of clarity. Now then, how am I to judge if I have made at least 5 useful posts? |
