Innsbruck is exciting to land in. There is an issue that if required, some airlines can do a turn within the valley walls, and some cannot. One of those that can not do a valley turn is a major TO. The same TO has landing equipment restrictions, so when visibility is impaired........

My strength routine, ie, not fitness, is totally geared to strength and mobility of the quads, to support a damaged knee. You might gather from the videos that this has been reasonably successful.
However, when I described my routine, (elsewhere, sorry admin!), Bandit suggested a partial switch to Bulgarian Split Squats. My main exercise is single leg squats, 500 each leg, every morning, while watching the breakfast news. Plus 3 to 4 other support exercises. Will try the BSS, and see what happens. |

Baillie, all skiing is a beautiful thing. Anywhere.

Good lateral thinking. Depends where you are flying from. Most places have flights to both Glasgow and Edinburgh, and Edinburgh would offer quicker, and more straightforward access to Glenshee. The AA route planner indicates a 2 hour drive, 76 miles. Glasgow Airport an extra 40 min. The Lecht would be further when coming from the south. |

Emma, you do understand that 45 days isn'y mandetory! -)
An annual policy sounds right for you though, ~ to go with your season pass! |

As opposed to £69, (last years price), for two people, with Direct Travel, unlimited, except a 45 day single trip limit.

After your accident & medical history, Bandit, I will always buy a carte neige in France.
Hang on, didn't you need the carte neige to get MEDICAL treatment, let alone getting off the mountain? |
