I got the all time classics........Socks and Chocs.
As the little buggers grow so fast it this years ski wear is now up for sale.

Included are:

1 x Ski Jacket by Trespass in pink/white
1 x Ski pants/sallopettes by Tog24 in baby pink

Both items have been used for one weeks ski holiday. There are no rips or tears. There are a few small marks from general use, as you would expect, but nothing to worry about, they look great.

Cost me about GBP60 if i recall correctly.

Will happily sell for GBP15 plus GBP5 postage.

About:

Ski Jacket

The Trespass Girls Ski Jacket is a ski jacket made from snowproof fabric which is waterproof fabric without the need taped seams. Therefore the snow should not penetrate this garment.

This Ski Jacket has a snowskirt, which prevents snow from entering your jacket by acting as an internal gaiter. This is an integral part of the jacket when skiing or snowboarding as should you fall the snowskirt prevents snow from flowing up the jacket. This feature is ideal for keeping kids warm and dry on the slopes.

The Jacket has a hood with fur trim. It also has an goggle and lift pass pocket.

Snow Pants

These Tog24 kid's ski pants are the perfect match for the ski jacket.

The snow pants can be kept season after season with their adjustable braces and waist belt allowing for an extra years growth, or for a number of layers to be worn underneath. They are lined and very warm.

As sad as it is i did have a smile at the choice of words regarding the sheep.

"Around 300 sheep that were out grazing on the pastures above Bourg St Maurice died after not supporting the sudden drop in temperature and lack of shelter."

Sounds like it was written by a tech support guy! They do not "support" such temp drops.

Arinsal is small. Great for the total beginner but anyone with any decent experience would ski it out in a day.
Also the gondola is a pain.
Is Chamrousse any good?

Looking ahead to next year.........

First week in Jan is ADH but we want a second trip at feb half term.
As we will be taken our daughter out of school for the Jan trip we cannot go any other time apart from half term so we are looking for a cheap break.
Chamrousse seems to fit the bill especially as some TO's give free lift passes but is it really any good?

For me, if something is free then it is generally rubbish!

Could anyone with experience of this resort give me the heads up?

Thanks
