I agree that piste maps are free but if its a big map (such as the 3V) and its windy then it gets blown out and wet, ripped etc

I still carry a map for lift times etc but I like the Wipeout

I always carry two, one in my pocket that i use (until it rips or gets wet) then if needed i always have a spare.
I like the idea of the cloth but i just don't think i would have one.

I'm a two map guy too - one in back of pants one in front of jacket so it has to be a proper wipe out fall to destroy them both!

Glad it's not just me then :) . I was warned before we went. I think they try to cram too much information into too small a space.

I think its that one that gets highlighted as illegible every year in WTSaS (will check my copy when I get home)

I've got one for the 3V and one for the EK

Great idea, works well

Only downside is that changes to the map year to year make it out of date (if you are returning to the same ski area).

But worth the money for sure

I can tell I hit forty last year - GB's wooly jumper looked really lovely to me.....
Great report Gaz

Glad to hear that the whole family had such a good time

We loved Kitz a few years ago but, I must admit, am always put off going back due to the low altitude compared to many other places

Maybe I'll re-consider for next year
