I have never bothered to use one for skiing before, I would probably drink too much if there is such a thing?
As a (skiing) aside, what (skiing) festivals are you going to? We had a 3L camel back for T in the Park which we filled with a variet of things including a litre of whiskey + coke which worked out great  |

If you are using free translations or something with limited knowledge of (in my case German) grammar and wording then it can produce pretty useful stuff but from my limited knowledge I can see that a straight translation from the website just looks odd. For example if you get your translation and then put it through a German-->English translator the difference is quite remarkable.
Edit: Pretty much what bandit said^^ too slow!! |

Not so much newspapers (the only figures I had to hand) but print in general; including most notably, ski magazines. I would rather read about a weeks ski touring in Greenland than a weeks self catering in Sestriere when it is very unlikely that I will do either. 2 or 3 trips a season is not average  I guess that is one of the problems of a ski magazine, it would be very difficult to cater to what everyone wanted. If they could chances are coverage would be thin on the ground.
