I assume Vodka is less likely to freeze than water!

I have never bothered to use one for skiing before, I would probably drink too much if there is such a thing?
As a (skiing) aside, what (skiing) festivals are you going to? We had a 3L camel back for T in the Park which we filled with a variet of things including a litre of whiskey + coke which worked out great

If you are using free translations or something with limited knowledge of (in my case German) grammar and wording then it can produce pretty useful stuff but from my limited knowledge I can see that a straight translation from the website just looks odd. For example if you get your translation and then put it through a German-->English translator the difference is quite remarkable.

Edit: Pretty much what bandit said^^ too slow!!

Not so much newspapers (the only figures I had to hand) but print in general; including most notably, ski magazines. I would rather read about a weeks ski touring in Greenland than a weeks self catering in Sestriere when it is very unlikely that I will do either. 2 or 3 trips a season is not average  I guess that is one of the problems of a ski magazine, it would be very difficult to cater to what everyone wanted. If they could chances are coverage would be thin on the ground.
