Put like that it certainly seems do-able. The winter pharmacy locum jobs a no-no tho' would have to be there 3 months under supervision before you can practice on your own. The company I work for are moving their head office from Nottingham to Switzerland in preparation of setting up pharmacy's in Europe. I am hanging on for good offers and good relocation package.

I heard the shortage is nationwide

Its certainly true in this country, I have never known it so bad. Companys over here are running huge campaigns to get Pharmacists from all over the world, to work and they pay a lot more to foreign Pharmacists than they do to their own.

Did someone not recently pick me up for writing "Boarders can go either way?"

Rose, your man sounds a very can-do kind of guy, after all, he immediately jumped onto the can-do drive to Niederau. So, take advantage.

Be the first J2Skier to take a mid-week break to either Banff, Breckenridge, Keystone or Vail!!! Go Satuurday mid-day flights, Skiing Sunday to Thursday, Fly home Friday night, Washing machine and match of the day Saturday night, lie in on Sunday. Where's the problem?

Forget the flight issues, see your local pharmacist, , ask for a couple of Tamazipan, and when you wake up, your can-do man will be helping you into your ski-boots.

Alternatively, get a winter pharmacy locum job in Banff, or Vail.

My Husband and I have this debate about twice a year. He reckons its more than possible for us to do a week in Canada or Colorado. The two places he would like to go. I just dont think I am young or fit enough to cope with the extra travel etc. He can not see a problem with it but I think its because he is quite a bit younger than me and does not see travel or jet lag etc tiring. Plus I worry that arriving back home it would not be many hours before I had to be back at work. In my job I just can not afford to be wiped out or have lack of judgement........I could potentially end up killing some-one.
If I could just get two weeks holiday and potentially be away for about 10 days this seems to be the answer for me. I would love to do it.

in arsene we trust!

thanks dave mac, it's all good

I have always supported Arsenal because my son has since he was little. His absolute idol was Sol Campbell, he idolised him. Now 15 years later he plays for Pompey and my son coachs him twice a week for tennis. He says at first it was so scary, he was in absolute awe of him.
