We've got 3 weeks in a villa in spain. Not my first choice, we usually do something more active like a mark warner holiday, but the husband really needs to chill out after a busy couple of years.

I've got a girlie weekend in Mallorca in october and also hoping for a city break with the family at some point.

We've still got to redecorate the hall after leak damage but holidays are more important so that's where the money goes!

ordinarily I'd be going to xscape at mk as much as possible but not this year!

So, once I can it'll be back to ashtanga yoga 3-4 times a week, gym work and cycling. weather and knee permitting there'll also be ball games at the local pub with a glass of rose in my hand and the rest of the bottle in a cooler 8)

Recovery's ok, some days better than others. Scar looks good, exercises going well but it still aches and is still swollen because I'm not putting it up enough. Apparently this is normal for mums whereas men are more than happy to have an excuse to sit with their feet up :lol:.

for me it's about how a resort suits our needs regardless of what country it happens to be in.
