Is Ski-Bilek Gone for Good?

I don't understand the army of bidders thing.. they were selling on ebay too? Most people selling something expensive on ebay will have a friend bidding it up to make sure it goes for the amount they want. It might be a pain in the arse but it makes good business sense
Zermatt anyone ;) ?

I have a friend that has spent the last year living in/near Metz. I will ask when he gets home tomorrow.

Auski have been there in Hardware Lane since 1949.
Most of those stores have been there more than 4 years.
I will check each store for your peace of mind. You must
have had a "Great Time" 8) here not to have stumbled
across these stores.
I work at QV just a 5mins walk away.
You are a Lad and legend )

I don't even know how I would have missed it :? Yeh in the Medina place. I spent lots of evenings in the 'corner shop' across the road trying to sort travel and stuff. The flight centre in South Yarra was my second home  Does the down and out guy with more hair than you could shake a stick at still wander the streets?

4 years this summer so things will have probably changed. Was staying on the corner of Little Bourke and Queen Street. I still owe a wee coffee shop called Crush (corner of Bourke and Hardware Ln I think) or something money for soup I failed to pay for

Vincentus wrote:I went to the local Melbourne CBD ski shops today during lunch break. Great to see all the 09 ski
range in-store now, just adds to the excitement. Mentioned the quest for a womans helmet
to the staff in 2 stores. They admit they have increased orders from last year because of
the Richardson accident. I was told that similar incident happened in Germany? A politician
collided with another and killed him. The next day all helmets sold out in Germany?
Maybe an exaggeration, but it makes sense.
I won't tell daughter about that German story, in case i scare her off the mountain

Where are the ski shops in the CBD, in my time of wandering about I never came across any!

Did you not watch the game, or just blinded by the scottish trend of "we hate everything English" :?: :?:

What Scottish trend is this? I obviously have not been exposed to it.
