:lol: It is good to know the lifty is hanging about to help. Surely it would be far more enjoyable to be out chatting with folk and being happy than just sitting in the wee office doing nothing. |

I was quite surprised in Europe they don't seem to swing the chair a little to make it easier to sit down, they just let it take you out whereas in Canada there is always a lifty making sure it doesn't hit you on the way through.

I am afraid most holidaying skiers spend a lot of time on a flat ski shoosting :lol: ;)
I think length is mostly a preference thing but most people over estimate the advantages of really short skis and often use them to cover up their shoddy technique ;) |

I was about to say, fixed grip I just figured was being phased out. Maybe something to do with maintenance costs or reliability? Who knows. Lake Louise did the same thing either last year or the year before.
