I'm with smirnoff skier on this one. I'm an avid ellis brigham fan because of the time and service I received when I had my boots fitted. My husband has also had about 3 man hours spent on him - one of which was totally free because he was unhappy with a certain aspect of the boot post-holiday and it was corrected for him.

Having been through the experience I'd never buy boots online.

..... but, as you pick up speed schussing down that hill, praying that you don't catch an edge, absolutely crapping yourself, it feels like a 100kph+

I watched my 11 and 7 year old come down that run with my heart in my mouth. I honestly don't think I've been so scared in my life as when I saw them tuck

in fact, I think I screamed

This year's range has just come out. Hubby, son & myself all wear their stuff & have been very happy with it. Mine will be used for its 4th season this winter & it's still totally fine.

funny you should say that. my husband bought a jacket from the shop for £29.99 and we had a good laugh and joke about it ("I'll wear it for football matches if it's cr*p"). in fact, he took his old jacket away just in case... turned out it was fantastic and it looks really good too. absolute bargain!

I noticed that too, very annoying!
