Here are before and after shots of our Chalet in Tignes Dec 08.
The second photo is just a day later.

This is the walkway to the door, when we walked in the day before it was totally clear.

And it continued to snow...

Sorry for all the questions but is this a chartered flight?

Yes that's our flight, yes it's a charter.

If you do end up on it, we're with SkiWorld. Be worth asking a rep if there are any places free on the coaches going to ADH. Might be a non starter, but might save you some money.

Just heard Titan Airways no problems with flights between Stansted and Chambery. :D

The coach company we're using to get to Stansted suddenly decided yesterday that leaving an hour earlier tomorrow morning might be sensible. Little bit annoyed as we phoned them the day before to suggest a change and they said it wouldn't be necessary!
Spent last evening phoning round everyone to let them know.
Anyone know if Chambery is effected?

We've also got others who should have been flying into Grenoble (from Manchester and Gatwick), wonder where they'll end up. All charter flights so at least no re-arranging to be done.

Can't do that, I have to be back for an interview on the 12th.

I have booked us on the next available flight. Our short break is now even shorter!

I will contact the insurance company tomorrow.

I am now buggering off down the pub to drown my sorrows and swear a lot.

Get all of the bad luck out of the way, have a great 'short break' and then sail through the interview. :D
