My 2 penneth, if you look to be all sorted in Jan '13 you will put out those peeps that go in Feb/March. I think the timing that you have this year is the earliest you should be looking to finalise.
I would not commit to booking anything further out than 4 months so it pretty much counts me out of everything. Next year I MIGHT be going away in March, subject to other peeps, but I bet that wont get booked until Jan '13 :shock: But everyone (mostly others) are different ;) |
