I am not 100% definate, but I think in the past Mayrhofen closes down to a great extent after Snowbombimg which this year is March 29th thro' April 6th. Mayrhofen and St. Anton, the latter being far more expensive than Grindelwald.
The Euro is doing well against the CHF, maybe the GPB is not fairing as well ) |

I think Switzerland in general is a good idea at the moment financially speaking. Grindelwald was the cheapest of my 3 Christmas snowboard trips.
