Buy a well known make, GIro, Red etc. See if you can get a discount online. Get one that fits.

Try em on in Ellis Brigham/Snow and Rock to check for a size then order online. If you already have goggles make srure the model you have is compatible

Ise, agreed.

Can help to have some mirrory ones on a sunny day and some yellowy ones on a dark day. Got 2 pairs and just make a best guess in the morning. Can cope with the darkies when there's no sun with your method but the others when it's sunny is not do able

You should check out a pair of sunglasses with Polarized lenses against a pair of standard efforts (pref not Oakleys-their polarization is sh*t) and if you don't notice a substantial difference then you have to worry :wink:

Make the lessons you get your son the ones he starts with to give him a good base to start with. Bad habits earned when learning will be carried through his skiing otherwise.

From self assessment things I am not so great at when skiing at full speed are evident when I take it right back to a wedge turn.
