Jaegermeister, take a LOT, you will be a hero and be able to sell it on for ridiculous amounts.

1 helmet
1 pair of boots
2/3 pair of skis
3 pairs of ski socks
2 base layers
2 mid layer fleeces
3/4 jackets
2 pairs of sallos
2 hats
2 pair of goggles
1 pairs of sunglasses
2 pairs of ski gloves

(just based off Tony H's list, haven't really considered anything that may have been left out)
Anyone come across any deals?

How come you've still got this year left and then another 2 to go? I thought all Bachelor degrees were 3 years long, unless you had a year out in industry or somewhere? I thought you were in Uni last year?
If you then get a couple of years in which to go ski-ing, I will die of jealousy

Tony,
Unfortunately I am 'stuck' with ski-ing Feb half-term until my younger daughter leaves school (just under 2 years time). She can't miss school time during the term, and Christmas we have family and holidaymaker obligations, as is also the case with Easter. When she was younger we used to go the first week of Jan after the kids go back to school, and it was about half-price then, but now her school work is too important to her future career for her to miss anything.

At least we have proved now that we can also ski at Oct half-term, on a glacier.

Dave Mac,
Those skis sound like a real bargain.

Most honours degree in Scotland are 4 years long. No year in industry although there is a 3rd year placement which takes place during the summer. Not essential but recommended. I will get a couple of years to go skiing unless I pick up an extremely well paying graduate post

I think you will be struggling to get lots. Even Whistler has too much snow for patrol to deal with until it stops coming out the sky.
