I did ski the World Championship skicross course in Alpe d'Huez this year - but didn't risk getting any air... or much speed....

Agreed i think the mens races had more of a competitive feel to it with all the falls and wipe outs, never the less the ladies ski cross was brilliant, no doubt ill be following more ski cross events in the future.

Ski cross rocks! Even the non skiers in the office were all raving about it after the mens event. :D

Yes I did watch the mens races. They used their bulk to push each other out the way whilst the ladies seemed to have more skill at overtaking without force (just used a few elbows instead)
