Well i was sent an email that said, i would receive a refund, but nothing in the bank yet !!
I just found out the other week, that a friend of mine lives around the corner from the shop in Macclesfield ( that claim to be nothing to do with the internets sales) and he said they have always been really bad and that is why they claim to be no part of the internet side.... They often say they have things that they haven't !! and just leave it for people to complain :-(
Also to NOT have telephone or email support in this day and age is very odd !!
Good luck with the goggles :-) You may need it....

Sorry you may not have seen the update i wrote about them..
So here it is again pasted and copied, as i have not worked out how to link things on the forum yet ;-)
It read as follows........
I thought I would just let you all know that I have finally managed to get a refund :-)
In total I have sent them 46 emails and made endless calls !! With out reply.
Then I was advised by the POLICE (internet fraud) to send them a formal letter using the template from the Government Consumer Protection website ( you can view it at) http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/after_you_buy/making-complaint/template-letters/dsr_letter/ )
After send this to them with all the blanks filled in i received this reply...

Not even a sorry....... but the template worked, they responded within 6 hours...
Their level of customer support is zero !! and I live in Spain where customer services are low !! So i do not expect that much, but least they will communicate with you..
As per previous post. Chose somewhere else to spend your hard earned money !!
If you think I am just a one off, check out google for a full list of unhappy shoppers....

I called the shop 2day and the man that answered said he would contact the warehouse for me and chase it up. He said he'd call me 2moro so i'll cross my fingers until then

Well i didn't get a call back today.
I received an email saying 'Due to an error i was sold an item that was out of stock. A full refund has been issued.'
Guess i'll have to wait and see if it arrives

WOW, I am amazed you got a reply so fast !!
Strange how they sold you something they did not have in stock :-( !! Seems to happen to everyone who try's to use them..
I do not know what type of goggles you are after, but have you tried the shade station at http://www.shadestation.co.uk . I have always found them to be very cheap and send everything out straight away...
let me know if you get your refund ?? Mine still has not come, so here goes for another email......
