Just back from Mayrhofen, great week but the whole of Tirol is in DESPERATE need of snow. I was skiing in 21c on Friday, and the slopes just about held up, but with another week of bright sun forecast, anyone heading out there now may find it very hard going.

I'm now not having a 3rd week this season, thats a definite.
I have a feeling April may be a good month somehow.

Hi Tony

That doesn't sounds too great at all. And I'm off to Zell am Ziller next weekend. Fingers crossed.

Just back from yet another fantastic week in Serre Chevalier with six days of blue skies, sunshine and superb conditions. As usual, the Briancon slopes were suffering in the sunshine, but the other three areas were excellent above mid station and starting to suffer lower down in the afternoons. The new Vallons chair makes such a difference in speeding up the route back over to Monetier. Red Cucumelle is possibly busier because of the new link however. Really enjoyed red Cibouit.
