Theres a lot on the ski amade pass I wouldnt choose to stay in, but Schladming is a serious contender. Ischgl is the wifes favoured resort out of the 3, but there is something attracting me to Solden. It may be the mention of raunchy apres ski and topless women dancing on tables.

haha boobs are allways an attraction for the male contingent!

I just seem to get a feeling of solden being not not very big, don't know why!

185km of skiing, and all high up. It even gets 5 stars for snow from WTSS.
That might be part of the attraction.

Why don't you like Austria Ian?

I have to say its usually low on my list because I like the huge areas and hight in France. My first trip to the Alps was Saalbach and I really enjoyed the place but when I went to Val D'Isere I felt like I had stepped up a league with the grandeur of the mountains.

I will go to Austria again one day though
