I'll miss Skiworld this year, they're the best we've experienced :D

I do remember they made an utter pigs ear of my booking one year. I had the presence of mind to tape the phone call of the fiasco, which I then sent to them by post.

Well my opinions of TO's is well publicised , it is appalling that they can treat their customers in such a way, but I suppose I am not surprised

Well I cant fault our TO, Inghams. There has been changes to next years holiday but they have been very compliant. We booked early bird, got good discounts and then at Easter they offered extra discounts and I applied for them, initially they said no but a polite request from me got us another 100 quid each off. Then they changed airlines which meant no food included, so Inghams sent us a chq to cover on board meals. Then we found that that Jet 2 are now offering free ski carriage so they refunded our ski carriage charges. Then as flight times had changed to arriving later than planned they have arranged for transfer bus to stop at supermarket on route to resort so you can buy essentials to last you until you shop the next day. Cant ask for more.

Sorry, havent been on facebook. Who are we talking about here? Not Neilson by any chance....the only ski holisay I have been on that I had to complain about.....

Been offered afew alternatives, the one which catches our eye is in Les Menuires however it is smaller than the apartment we had and we didnt ask to move. Would you try and get anything extra for the inconvenience, if so what or am i bein a tart?

I guess just push until to get what you want, it is not your mistake so some sort of compo should be given but it is up to you how far you want to push it
