Thanks Ally, I thought there had been a definite answer and I'd missed it. When I get a chance I'll email the hotels and ask.
I wish I could meet the person who first decided to strap 2 planks to their feet and throw themselves down a mountain

Thanks for all the info guy's, it seems for anyone considering skiing elsewhere for a day or two the cheapest option is to get a SkiWelt pass for the week, Which is what i will be doing.
6 days Wildschönau pass 160,60 Euro's
6 days SkiWelt pass 194,50 Euro's
Does anyone know if you can pick up a Skiwelt pass from the Niederau ticket office??
Just wanna clear this up. A standard Skiwelt pass for €194,50 does NOT let you ski Niederau.
You would need a Kitzbühel Alp pass for €217 for the 6 days.

 my bad, had read that bit of false information on another site.
It's a shame they don't offer an additional day or two for other area's included in the lift pass. Like last year I skied Claviere Italy and inc in the weeks pass was a day skiing Montgenevre and a day on the milky way, would be excellent if N offered something similar.
