All packed and it looks like i have picked another good week as the forecast is for bluebird days for almost the full week....
And to make things sweeter i am leaving behind the cold snap here in the uk, it really makes my eyes roll when the headline on the midlands news was for 5cm of snow and massive disruption.

Anyone else think the -1 here in the UK feels way colder than -15 in resort?

It always does due to the Alps having dryer air, much colder here ..... have a good one Snapzzzy

Right, I'm off for a 4 hour nap, then depart time.

Will try to find a wifi spot to post an update while away, but if not may have to be my trusty mobile.

but can't get too excited yet cos I've got a big charity event (fundraiser for a local hospice) with 18 piece Big Band& Dance to co-organise and run this weekend- bit stressed

but then when it's over I can resume countdown
