Hi all, were going to pas for xmas, already praying for snow... just wondered if anyone can reccommend somewhere to go for xmas dinner. Theres 14 of us altogether so it may be best for us to try and book before we go. I just can't seem to find anywhere on the net which surprises me. Any other tips and advice would be appreciated :-)

I'd try a restaurant if I were you. You dont tend to get a great Xmas dinner in a shoe shop, for example.

I've eaten in a lot of restaurants in pas but it was a long time ago,I remember a nice small french restaurant across the road from the slopes that we used at lunch time but can't remember the name.
Have a look at the link and take a chance.

Tony.... cheers for that, most helpful !!! NOT !!!!!
anyone else got any smart ideas???
thanks Ian, think you might be talking about Marseilles, which I have just found on pasdelacasainfo.com, they reccommend it so I'm going to see if they have a website. Its the first time we've ever been away over xmas so it would be nice to try arrange somewhere nice for dinner and we don't arrive util 21st so it doesn't leave much time.
can't wait....

I stayed in Pas christmas 2004, absolutely fantastic! loads of nightlife, go to the mexi-shack night - all you can eat / drink!! great night! Underground was a great bar for night time too. Plenty of restaurants about near the main lift so you'll find somewhere. We skied all day christmas day and the hotel (llac negra) put on a great christmas lunch for us and gave us loads of party stuff (horns etc...) within minutes 50 sensible adults turned into wild animals!!
We had loads of snow then too, last january was in Pal / Arinsal pistes were pretty bare??? Fingers crossed!!
Have fun!!

Hi Kazz, Firstly as you are worried about the snow, there is loads of snow at the minute and the forecaste for next week is another 30cm.
The pistes open tomorrow 22/11/08.
To answer your question about Christmas Dinner. You will find everywhere offering christmas dinner but not like you get it in the UK.
I think you are better to go out and have a nice meal rather than expect a traditional christmas dinner.
