The Siegelerhof is a wonderful B and B. Of all the places I've stayed in Mayrhofen it is without doubt the best value - very well equipped and a fabulous choice of breakfast foods. Also very nice people. It has a heated and spacious boot and ski room and a nice bar. There is a ski bus stop 10 metres away!
In terms of location it is 5 minutes walk from the Ice Bar and Penken Gondola.
The resort website will show you loads of other places, but believe me this place takes some beating. Expect to pay around 28 Euros pp per night for a nice Austrian Twin with en-suite and balcony.
Hope this helps. :D

That's really helpful. Do they take bookings for odd days or are they a sat-sat place?

No, they take bookings for arrival any day and I think the minimum stay is 3 days, which is pretty much the norm.

Details of all accommodation in the area is found here:
http://www.mayrhofen.at/seasons/winter.html?L=1
Put your prefered dates in and away you go. You can either contact them direct by email or phone, or make an actual request to the website and get emailed responses from places with vacancies.

Tony is correct in what he says about that facility.
However, its probably best to phone or e-mail the accomodation direct, as the information you get will then be bang up to date regarding availabilty.

Definitely recommend that site, used it to book our holibob in March '09 and it was a godsend to find places that don't just book by the usual saturday to saturday rule as our flights are sunday.
