The ski resort itself is at 2,100m 6,890ft , so skiing or boarding back to the resort is usually possible. With ski lifts as high as 3,450m 11,319ft , skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Tignes Le Lac is Chambery, 113 minutes drive away.

Annecy, Turin Caselle, Grenoble, Geneva, Lyon St-Exupéry and Lyon Bron airports are all within three hours drive.

To reach Tignes Le Lac, fly into either Geneva or Chambery airports, which are both approximately 2.5 to 3 hours away by road. Regular shuttle services and private transfers are available for convenience.
