Saw this from my room in Jasper last March!!

Would like you all to see it too, but technophobe that I am, I cant figure out how to attach photo!!

It was an elk by the way!!!!!
Have you considered hiring a car for both journeys. Would probably work out cheaper than the bus one way, and you would have wheels in resort!!!
Or maybe people neither want nor need to sell their house?

I've just had two weeks in Les Gets and it was pretty busy. Off to Hinterglemm next week, so will be able to compare peak with low season then.

Off to Hinterglemm at the weekend!! Been there quite a few times and always stayed in Hotels. Being a 'real village' there seems to be a lack of self catering accomodation there.

I seem to remember self catered units up near the Zwolferkogelbahn but cant recall the name.

Perhaps other J2skiers can help?

Now Now Ross - no ski snobbery here!!

My point is, as a fully qualified mountain professional, sometimes we have to cut economic corners and sacrifice on branded gear.

And, as a more mature skier(I'm 50 years old)(not mature in nature!!!) I am no longer image driven or fashion conscious.
Practicality and functionality become more important.

You'll learn!!! :D

I'm a level 2 International and have done the Level 3 but not taken the exams yet.
You are right, Its the best for ski improvement money can buy, and a qualification too.
I was actually thinking of doing a CSCF 1 just for fun.
One of my trainers was Casey Bouis who is technical Director at Sunshine, so will be hooking up with him and seeing whats on at the time I'm there.
I presume you have CSIA quals Ross?
