Bandit I've never been to Luton LGW my only airport, no private plane, but usually cheaper fares coming from here than flying from UK. :wink:

Had my money back that I was claiming for cancellation due to snow in LGW.

Took 9 emails & 5 months of informing them of breaching their own T&Cs, now trying to get a discount on future flight as gesture of goodwill for causing me so many problems.
