What if the other party doesn't want to give you his or her details ( for obvious reasons )or there is a language barrier,I for one don't carry pad & pen when skiing. As an instructor was in attendance he should have known the protocol regarding on piste accidents, also he should have sought medical help as he is not qualified to assess the injuries suffered. To put a injured skier on your shoulders to retrieve your skis because you're not able to walk defies belief. God only knows how you can pursue this now,but would definitely start with the ski school & instructor,cant see the police being of any help. Anyway sorry to hear of you accident & wish you a speedy recovery, also good luck in getting some sort of compensation from this as you deserve it. |

Maybe the cafes should loan hammers to save carrying them. :D Seriously though I did see lockable racks in Borovetts in the early 90s which you had to pay to use,& yes the types you describe would not be to much of a problem to install. You would still find people not using them as you would have to pay, but they would at least have a choice. |
