Bormio always used to be included on the Livigno lift pass the same as St Moritz, easier to get to Bormio 30 mins on the bus, as for ski rentals it depends where your apartment is .... just be careful if you are staying a long way from the lifts and need to get the ski bus rent a ski locker at the lift station it will save a lot of pain carrying your gear, lift pass you will need to google it

I don't understand.

What is you're point in asking a pointless question

Maybe you should try skiing & stop asking silly questions, sorry I've had a drink or more & have to ask what is this question aiming at?????????????

Skiing is in the main reds which because of over grading ski like blues, and for the best pizza in Italy Bellavista in the Saroch area.
Depending on your standard give Bormio a go if you get bored, free bus takes about half an hour.
Walk down from bellavista into the Bar Agata a traditional Italian bar with cheap prices to boot.

Tony_H wrote:Wow, amazing conditions and lovely leisurely tree skiing. Looked very chilled out. No steeps or off piste this time for Viv????

It was the best conditions for many years, knee deep powder and yes plenty of steeps for Viv ...... I have real trouble with a hand held video and skiing powder, trees, and steeps, having a pole in each hand is a great help with balance.
Thats is where a bullet cam would come in handy
