The french normally charge for winter tyres, I have been racking the old swede it was a long time since I hired at Lyon, I always hire from the Swiss side of Geneva airport as the Swiss do not charge.

2. In French? This is a resort that is popular enough - for me the skiing is not the best in the Pyrenees but access is easy (egg to ski town) which avoids the necessity of getting into a car - especially s it is a lot of snow. For the day is OK (lots of Toulouse go on weekends) but for a week - no! The village on the slopes has no charm.
