as said earlier, it's a bit late to put it into place now, but maybe for future reference...
we have two glasses of red at about 6pm and then STOP DRINKING (this is the most important part!). By 9pm your eyes will be shutting, no hangover and you're going on holiday, happy days :D

I think it's a generalisation to say you can't buy in the uk. I'd rather buy in the uk and then, as my husband has, you can go back up to 18 months after buying them to have them adjusted.

I suppose it's all about personal experience and having a good one :D
