Had to think hard at times but was pleasantly surprised that my Franglais got me though without recourse to Le Google

This year the webcams for the top of the Bellevarde already have white stuff that looks good to go

The VDI webcams show a smattering at village level but the top of the Bellevarde looks ready to rock!

Considering that was green/brown at the start of the week when I looked then I think its a good start to the season

I have been in a lift in Courchevel with an instructor and his pupils who I THINK were speaking Hebrew though I couldn't be 100% certain

oh and Verbs is a bit like Meribel - kind of pretty with chalets but loads of them so rather sprawling

ADH and Serre Che good shouts but as Tony says the transfer may be long?

Of course if you're going to Geneva then Switzerland is easy and Verbier is only just over an hour away BUT in my experience France is bargain basement compared to Swiss "in-resort" pricing but that's just what I have encountered - your experience may differ as the saying goes
