Looks pretty awesome although might need something a little steeper than in the picture if is that deep.

The fan part of the turbo fan doesn't seem to get very good reviews. Never tired but sounds like an unnecessary gimmick and extra weight when normal anti fog lenses work well. 350$ would prefer to have 2 pairs of good goggles as I doubt the fan clears up a big face plant.

I always get insurance through the Austrian Apline Club UK which basically cover you for all types of activities. Also good way to give a little back to the wider community - funding huts and expeditions.

I guess the fact that you are even considering size change suggests there was something about the ski which you didn't like? Long skis certainly feel more secure when you get on the back seat but they also highlight technical flaws on turn initiation I.e.slight reverse snow plough.

My own rule of thumb where the tips meet should be at or just below chin level I.e. effective length of ski with rocker removed. I would not worry about how fast your skiing, slalom skiers are on maz 165 and going faster that av. recreational skier at full tilt.

I think you might be surprised that outside of the UK is not abnormal to have a tv that is connected to internet only I.e. generation Netflix. Go to YouTube for example and almost nothing on these games. Same with good dedicated apps etc. Essentially if your a non skier and hence unlikely to pay for it you will of got no exposure to these games which sort of misses at least one of the aims of the olympics.

Here in Dubai there has been almost zero coverage and not much of the action has been captured on social media. Somehow I expected this to be the most digitally accessible winter Olympics but doesn't appear to be the case.

Where do you and your friends ski Nadia sounds like somewhere to avoid?
