Not been to that hotel,but kaprun is a great little town,they have plenty off skiing near town for all abilities,and regular skibus to glacier,leisure centre with aqua park discount with ski pass.

unfortunatley not to many trees in tignes,but by all accounts and i,ve seen the pics another 1 metre off snow in 24 hrs early this week,you cant have it all,but when the sun shines it might feel like it .wish i was there whiteout or not.

andyhull just spoke to friend still out there,snowing again,big ski comp in val,d at the weekend,worth a look,wish i could,enjoy the powder and empty pistes shame about the euro at 5.50 apint you cant have it all.

Just back from tignes,48 hour dump conditions fantastic resort fully open able to ski back to lesboisses and across to val d, anyone not been should fantastic place at the moment slopes empty,doesnt get any better :D

have to agree with bandit happy hour in the yucatan takes some beating,great challenging skiing,my advise would be to stay as central as possible,that way you have access to both brunni and titlis as well as bars and shops,might sound obvious but tough to get round otherwise.

tony,nothing wrong with niederau as you know some good deals to be had,but its bloody small,and the gondolas slow and low,hopefully the new 4chair will improve things,but it is quaint and the wife loves it.
