To revive this
Been looking at Ski Tracks. Thinking of splashing out the 79p fee. It says that it does not drain battery power. Anyone any experience of this? Is it just GPS that it uses for location etc? Surely the max speed all day will be when I am on a cable car? I am no speed demon  |

I have a lot of non trendy brands that are great quality. But then I make up for it with expensive Goggles (Oakley & Smith) and gloves (Dakine)
In my opinion, and thats all it is - in GENERAL I find that things like gloves and goggles you cant afford to scrimp on. To some extent price does = quality....unless they start getting silly such as the Oakley ones with built in GPS, Bluetooth, built in piste maps....for a mere £500 http://uk.oakley.com/products/7094/27029/?promotion_id=500&cm_mmc=google-semsearch-_-uk-brand-products-men-goggles-airwave-en-_-airwave-snow-_-%5bgps%20ski%20goggles%5d |
