Carving and Speed

A softer ski at a given speed will give the same radius turn as a stiffer ski if the person riding them is able to apply the appropriate force to engage the particular radius of either ski.

You will get on well here with that attitude, I am from Helensburgh to give you a point of reference. Yeh, I had some snowboarder go across the back of my TM's at Braehead and went nuts, was not impressed.

As required. I think the answer may lie in the definition of the word carving and clarity may be made of each others posts through different definitions of the word 'carving' as seen by each poster.
