And no, I don't mean Thunderclap Newman!

Just back from a month touring England in the old camper van, and contrary to common Scottish opinion, I quite liked it!! :D

Anyway, even although the mercury is still topping 25C it seems to be time to think about the coming season!!

After a brilliant season in Soldeu last year, a return match has not been ruled out, but Mrs Brucie is making noises about trying somewhere else. We both like the idea of Austria or Italy, but a cursory internet check has revealed that it doesn't seem too straightforward getting a season let on an apartment.
Any info/suggestions on the above would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Ian. I'd just be looking at a studio or 1 bed.
Jackie, of course. I may try to contact her via the web site.
Have a great summer holiday in Little Tibet. It must be beautiful in summer!
Livigno Late November 2013

Ian, as you know I am a livigno lover. After 2 seasons in Soldeu I'm looking at heading elsewhere this year. If you are heading there for a summer holiday, as it appears, can you do me a little favour and research the cost of a small apartment for the season.
The first time we went to Livigno, in 1991, our Neilson rep was an English girl, whose name escapes me. She subsequently married a native, settled there and I believe has a couple of apartments in the village. Our other contact was a local lady called Ilena who ran a bar at the ice rink in San Rocco, and worked in the Hotel Primula. May, or may not mean anything to you.

Not criticising as such Tony, The technique just looks odd and more like some flash w**ky demo type skiing!!

Didnt mean to be harsh, just stimulate discussion. As I said, his style is not one I'm familiar with. Anybody know what nationality the guy is? This could help inform on his style. My guess would be Australian/New Zealander.
