2 x bindings (saves fannying about)

2 x socks (wash em in the shower)

0 x thermals
2 x football jerseys (addidas climacool are excelent base layer)
2 x thin fleecy tops
2 x hats
1 x gloves
1 x (surf) board shorts

Looking at that thinking "airbrush" it never ever looks like that in my experience.

That used to scare me to bits, I don't think I would blink now before attempting it. I might revise my opinion at the bottom however.

Only 41km today, was down by 3pm. 96km in two short days, 40 lifts and over 13km of veritical.

Although the Tux is lower than Zermatt (about 500m) the skiing is tougher in my opinion. Done both a lot and there is more of a challenge in Hintertux. Also there is more open on the Tux right now. Most glacier runs are graded red, because they are a glacier I suppose, however Zermatt has more cruisy runs.

Agreed, but it's looking decidedly tropical in Saalbach :(
