Can anyone tell me of any resorts that bash their black runs on a daily basis?


I ask because most of my skiing is done on reds and blues and rarely blacks. The reason for this being that most blacks i see are moguled to hell.
Now i don't mind moguls, i have fun on them on less steep reds and to the sides of pistes. But if you combine them with a steep and narrow black i tend to shy away.

I would like to play on some real steeps without the need to take it steady due to bumps. Sometimes i think the bashing guys just get lazy and leave all the blacks alone just because they can claim it makes them harder.

It is because, like many plants, grass pretty much goes into hibernation during winter.
It just sits there dormant and waiting for spring. It needs very little nutrients and energy to keep its self alive and what it does need can be sourced from below.

Its kinda why you do not need to mow your lawn in winter.

It may well be that ski in/ski out chalets/resorts cost £100 more than the other ones. Once we've got the options sorted I'll post them up and everyone on the list will have a chance to say which they prefer :)

£100 well spent.

I vote for ski in ski out & short transfers.

How did you find the R 78's? I read good reviews on those.
